A fault code is not a complete diagnosis
Aftertreatment systems depend on accurate sensor data, electrical power, exhaust temperature, engine condition and correct fluid delivery. A code may identify the system that noticed a problem without proving which component caused it. Replacing the named sensor without testing wiring, supply and operating data can leave the truck with the same warning.
We review active and stored faults, operating information and repair history; inspect accessible wiring, connectors, leaks and components; and perform applicable tests before recommending repair. When a mechanical or engine-performance problem is contributing to soot or temperature conditions, that must be addressed as part of the repair plan.
When regeneration is appropriate
A forced regeneration is not a universal reset. It may be appropriate only after the truck’s condition, soot load and blocking faults are evaluated. If an underlying sensor, wiring, dosing, engine or exhaust problem remains, regeneration alone may not solve the complaint and can waste time. We explain the diagnostic findings before recommending the next step.

Why these repairs belong in the shop
Aftertreatment diagnosis often requires stable power, repeated testing, safe exhaust operation and access to parts. Those conditions are difficult to provide on a shoulder or parking-lot call. If the truck can be moved safely, our Conway shop is usually the faster and more economical place to complete the work. Limited roadside diagnostics may be available, but availability is not 24/7 and on-road repair is not guaranteed.

Can you clear a derate?
We diagnose the cause of a derate and perform applicable repairs or procedures. A derate cannot be responsibly promised to clear until the underlying faults and system condition are evaluated.
Will a forced regen fix my truck?
Sometimes regeneration is part of a correct repair, but not when a blocking fault or underlying problem remains. Diagnosis determines whether it is appropriate.
Do you diagnose NOx sensor and wiring faults?
Yes. We test supported sensor circuits, connectors and related system data rather than assuming that every NOx-related code means the sensor itself has failed.
