We were on vacation when we started experiencing problems with my truck. Thankfully, we made it to our destination, but we were over 450 miles from home and needed the truck repaired before we could make the trip back. After calling several service centers, I contacted AGB Group and spoke with Gregory. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and understanding of our situation. After I explained the issues, he said he would do his best to fit us in on Friday, and if not, he could definitely get us in on Monday. I dropped the truck off on Friday and had the opportunity to meet Gregory in person. He immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me he would have the truck repaired before our scheduled trip home the following Saturday. Early Monday morning, Gregory called with a thorough explanation of what he found, provided a fair estimate, and said the repairs would be completed by the end of the next day. To my surprise, he called before noon on Tuesday to let me know the truck was already repaired and ready for pickup. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism Gregory and the team at AGB Group provided was outstanding. Being hundreds of miles from home with vehicle problems is incredibly stressful, but they turned what could have been a vacation nightmare into a smooth, worry-free experience. I was bringing cargo to Myrtle Beach and I needed to change the oil and check the brakes. The guys turned out to have a very convenient location and I went there. I rarely come across repair shops where it’s so convenient and safe to drive in and park. After a quick and high-quality diagnosis, it was revealed that there was still a leak in the air conditioner and the trailer system was passing air. It was already evening and the guys said that the repair would be extinguished in the morning. At first I thought that as usual everything would take a long time, but you won’t believe it!!! In the morning they have already brought all my spare parts and they have fixed everything!!!! I was already leaving the workshop in the afternoon. It was great, fast and professional. Special thanks to the mechanic Gregory - a high-level specialist. Next time when I bring the cargo here, I will definitely stop by them to service my truck

When the truck was brought in for repair, they accepted it right away, there was almost no waiting. They repaired it in 2 days, which is not long at all for such a breakdown. Their spare parts are inexpensive.
